Most legal recruiting begins with a list. A role opens, and the same message goes out to everyone who fits the description on paper. We work the other way around.

We follow the corporate lateral market closely enough to know who is worth contacting before a search becomes public, and why a particular move might fit a particular lawyer. When we reach out, it is because we found a specific reason, and the message says what that reason is.

If the opportunity is worth a conversation, we introduce you to the specialist recruiter who runs that search. We never share your name, your firm, or your interest with anyone until you tell us to.
